My introduction to graphic and user experience design is not a traditional one. I have worked in dentistry for almost seven years. In some ways, dentistry is close to graphic and user experience design in itself. You shape and create a smile for patients that they will love. You collaborate closely with patients to achieve results that both parties are satisfied with, for a product that everyone can enjoy. 

Diving into graphic design gives me the ability to be creative, and user experience design satisfies the want to improve and resolve stumbling blocks, and create functionality for clients. I split my time between the United States and the Czech Republic. This gives insight into design differences and cultural preferences that give me an advantage in my work.
